ChatXchange is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
This Child Safety Policy explains our standards and the measures we take to prevent, identify, report, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation on the ChatXchange platform.
01Zero-Tolerance Policy
ChatXchange strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
We do not allow users to create, upload, send, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate:

- Any other conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children
Any account found to be involved in such activity may be immediately restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.
02Age Requirements
ChatXchange is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction.
Users must provide truthful information when creating an account and must not misrepresent their age to access the Service.
We do not knowingly permit children to use ChatXchange where their use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law or platform requirements.
03Prohibited User Behavior
Users must not use ChatXchange to:
- Groom or sexually manipulate minors
- Establish inappropriate sexual relationships with minors
- Request, offer, or exchange sexual content involving minors
- Encourage minors to move sexual conversations to another platform
- Request personal or intimate information from minors for sexual purposes
- Arrange meetings with minors for sexual purposes
- Threaten, blackmail, or coerce minors into providing sexual content
- Facilitate the exploitation or trafficking of minors
- Share links or instructions intended to facilitate child exploitation
These restrictions apply to individual conversations, group conversations, servers, channels, profiles, and any other area of the Service.
04Detection and Prevention
ChatXchange may use reasonable technical, administrative, and operational measures to help prevent and identify prohibited content and behavior.
These measures may include:
- User reporting systems
- Account and content moderation
- Automated detection technologies where appropriate
- Manual review
- Abuse and safety investigations
- Account restrictions
- Blocking and reporting functionality
- Security monitoring
We may investigate activity when we receive reports or identify behavior that may violate this policy.

Do not intentionally download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material.
06Our Response to CSAE Reports
When we receive a credible report involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may take immediate action, including:
- Restricting or disabling the reported account
- Removing or restricting access to violating content
- Blocking related accounts or activity
- Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate
- Investigating the incident
- Taking additional measures to protect users
- Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities or relevant organizations where required or appropriate by law
We may cooperate with law enforcement and relevant child-safety organizations when legally required or appropriate.
07Cooperation With Authorities
ChatXchange may disclose relevant information to law enforcement or other authorized authorities when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect children, users, or the public.
Where legally required, we may preserve relevant information for investigation or legal proceedings.
08User Blocking and Reporting
ChatXchange may provide tools that allow users to block accounts and report inappropriate behavior.
Users are encouraged to use these tools whenever they encounter suspicious, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior involving a child.
Reports should be made as soon as possible so that appropriate action can be considered.

The "Last Updated" date will be changed whenever this policy is updated.
